Do you want to be let in on a little secret? It is not hard to be healthy as a Uni student! We all know how easy it is to be racing between lectures where it can be quite tempting to grab a quick roll or pastry rather than carrying a tupperware with some boring pasta dish. Well, worry no more! In this day and age it is more important than ever to think about the impact your diet has on your environment. So whether you're a veteran at being a vegetable lover or you want to try it out for a week, here is my fool-proof meal plan which I have assembled throughout my first year as an undergraduate student. And the best part is? Despite essentials you probably have at home anyway, this week's shop will only cost you around 20-25 pounds.
On the left of the chart you will always find the necessary ingredients you will need to shop at the quality store of your choice (in my case LIDL does the trick).
The meal plan accounts for an academic week. The weekend is for you to have fun out with friends and maybe have something naughty every once in a while. ;)
